Mr. Hammond has been associated with the Firm since its inception in May 2004.

As a summer analyst, he took on the responsibilities of both investment analyst and administrator, launching research coverage of the MLP asset class and performing financial modeling for the firm's core portfolio, while preparing Alerian Capital Partners, L.P., administratively for its launch date. When he rejoined the firm in 2005, he re-engineered Alerian's portfolio control and reconciliation procedures and shepherded the firm through both its initial registration with the SEC and its Fall 2006 one-year SEC examination.

Mr. Hammond graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts.
