Glenn E. Dance is a partner of Ernst & Young LLP’s Joint Venture and Partnership Tax group and is based in Washington, D.C. He advises on the taxation of partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies, and publicly-traded partnerships. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Mr. Dance was a director of the pass-thru entities tax group in another accounting firm’s National Tax office. Mr. Dance is a former Chair of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Partnership Tax Committee and Partnership Tax Resource Panel. He has also served on multiple occasions as Chairman of the Regulatory Committee of the Coalition of Publicly-Traded Partnerships. Mr. Dance received a B.B.A, magna cum laude, from Temple University School of Business Administration, and a J.D., cum laude, from the Temple University School of Law. He is a certified public accountant licensed in the District of Columbia.
Timothy FennPartner, Latham & Watkins LLP
Mr. Fenn is a partner in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins with a particular focus in business taxation as it applies to partnerships. His tax practice focuses on early stage structuring and advice with respect to market-related issues and tax issues. He represents publicly traded partnerships, master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other clients in the energy sector, as well as corporations, private equity firms, investment banks, partnerships and individuals on tax-related issues involving mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and capital market transactions. In addition to representing clients in connection with transactional matters, Mr. Fenn has successfully represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the US Tax Court and several US appellate courts. Mr. Fenn spent several years as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs & Co. where he was part of the natural resources group. Mr. Fenn is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in tax law, 2010 and 2011, and was noted for his tax expertise in the December 2010 edition of New York Magazine and The Legal 500 for 2007. He received a B.B.A, summa cum laude, from Baylor University in 1992 and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown Law in 1996.

W. Randall Fowler was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) effective August 2007. He was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Duncan Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE: DEP) effective April 2010. He also serves as Executive Vice President, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of privately-held Enterprise Product Company. He joined Enterprise as director of investor relations in January 1999 shortly after the IPO of EPD. A certified public accountant (inactive), Mr. Fowler has more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience in the energy industry, having worked for NorAm Energy Corp., ArkLa Exploration Company, and Butler-Johnson, Inc. He serves as Chairman of the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships. He also is a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Business for Louisiana Tech University. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and an MBA-finance degree from Louisiana Tech University.

Michael Jamieson is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Citigroup’s North America Global Energy Group headquartered in Houston, Texas. Mr. Jamieson has provided strategic, M&A advisory and financing advice to the energy industry since 1994. His experience has included extensive capital markets and private financing transactions and numerous advisory assignments primarily for exploration & production and midstream energy companies in North America and Europe. Mr. Jamieson has completed over 100 corporate finance transactions representing over $100 billion in capital raised and advised on over 60 M&A and advisory transactions representing approximately $50 billion in transaction value. Prior to business school, Mr. Jamieson was employed by Mobil Oil Corporation as a gas plant financial controller. He received a B.B.A. from Texas Christian University and holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Graduate School of Business.

Matthew Rice is a Principal and Chief Investment Officer at DiMeo Schneider & Associates, L.L.C. Mr. Rice directs the firm’s investment strategies; capital market analysis and forecasts; asset allocation; and portfolio rebalancing, modeling, and alternative investments. As a member of the Investment Committee, he helps set investment policy, establishes the framework for asset allocation, and approves investment managers. As a Senior Consultant, Matt advises a number of corporate and nonprofit clients. He is the co-author of The Practical Guide to Managing Nonprofit Assets (John Wiley & Sons). Mr. Rice is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. Mr. Rice is also a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA). He received a Bachelors degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
