Glenn Dance is a Special Counsel to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Office of Chief Counsel. Mr. Dance advises the Associate Chief Counsel (Passthroughs and Special Industries) on legal matters arising in the administration of the Internal Revenue Code and prepares recommendations with respect to the position to be taken by the Office of Chief Counsel on such matters. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University, where he teaches about the taxation of partnerships in the Law Center’s Master of Laws in Taxation program. Prior to his IRS appointment, Mr. Dance was a Partner in the Joint Venture and Partnership Tax group and Head of Master Limited Partnership Tax Practice at Ernst & Young LLP. He is a former Chair of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Partnership Tax Committee and Partnership Tax Resource Panel, and has also served on multiple occasions as Chairman of the Regulatory Committee of the Master Limited Partnership Association. Mr. Dance graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor and magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, and is a certified public accountant.

Paula Farrell is the Director of Investor Relations and Planning for Tulsa-based Magellan Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: MMP), a publicly traded partnership that transports, stores, and distributes refined petroleum products and crude oil.
