Bucking the trend of larger MLPs buying smaller ones, AMID and JPEP merged last week to almost no fanfare, but here’s what might drive some other “under the radar” mergers.
As the MLP space fell, small caps fell quickly and sharply, while large cap MLPs resisted the fall and have led the recovery. Still, no one is back to previous levels.
